Reflection：

1. What did I find yesterday?

I really want to change my life, but what i did disappointed me.

2. What  did I do yesterday to make me better?

Yesterday, I didn't run for I have to have my daughter go to kindergarten.  I studied  the course in YLYK for about 327minutes, including The Art of The Deal and Mindfulness.

3. Did  I finish the most important thing yesterday?

Yes, I read the book WC for one hours.

4. What should I avoid yesterday?

I should not waste the time and I should finish my study as early as possible.

5. What should I do next day?

Get up early.

Read books in the moring.(Story)
