Today I watched a video which was released by an English blogger, he showed how he practiced his spoken English by himself live in China without a realistic English environment. To be honest, I didn't think his pronunciation was good, but I agreed with this way, and I had heard it from many other English bloggers before.
First, he introduced in Chinese what, when and how he had done today, the content was just like my diary written here, all were trivial things happened every day, and then he rephrased the content in English again.
It was a great way, I've been writing diaries for more than two hundred days, I'd also like to say it out loud in the future, but first I should correct and practice my pronunciation, that's what I'm often doing in the morning now.
